A 25-YEAR-OLD has pleaded not guilty to three motoring offences. Matthew Cooke, of Granary Court in Barnstaple, appeared at North Devon Magistrates' Court where he pleaded not guilty to driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance and failing to report an accident in Barnstaple on May 22. The case was adjourned for a trial to take place on February 2.
