AN 18-year-old who assaulted another teenager in Rock Park was landed with a suspended sentence.Curtis Baggott, of Forches Avenue in Barnstaple, pleaded guilty on a basis to the incident which took place on April 7.The court heard he was pleading guilty on the basis he threw one punch to the face, which was accepted by the Crown Prosecution Service.The court heard it was around 4pm when the victim went to the park with two friends and sat on the grass.Baggott saw him and approached the victim...
